Eligibility Criteria: You meet the following qualifications:
1. BMI: Has a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, indicating obesity
2. BMI and health conditions: Has a BMI of 27–29 and a weight-related chronic health condition, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes
3. Lifestyle changes: Has not lost at least 5% of their total body weight in three to six months with lifestyle changes alone, such as diet and exercise

Ineligible: Semaglutide and Tirzepatide should not be taken if currently have any of the following and should not be purchased:
1. BMI under 27
2. Eating Disorder
3. Gallbladder Disease

4. Drug or Alcohol Abuse,
5. Recent Bariatric Surgery(less than 6mo,

6. Pancreatitis
7. Medullary Thyroid Cancer
8. Currently Pregnant or Breastfeeding
9. Planning to become Pregnant
10. Diabetic Retinopathy
11. Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2 or a family history of this condition
12. Family History of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma

13. Type 1 Diabetes

14. Kidney disease with reduction in kidney function

15. Pregnant
